Mood & Anxiety Track
Insight's Mood and Anxiety track was created to serve those individuals who have experienced a decline in overall functioning due in part to difficulties with depressed and anxious symptoms. We believe improvements in one's life can be promoted through a variety of therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy and medication management. In the Mood and Anxiety program, participants learn skills that promote improved coping and deeper understanding of the issues that created and maintain mood symptoms.
Insight's Mood and Anxiety track consists of several options for group psychotherapy, including a grief and loss group, cognitive-behavioral and dialectical behavior therapy, art and expressive therapies, acceptance and commitment therapy, and process groups. Currently, these groups are offered between 1:30-4:30pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, between 5:30-8:30pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and between 10:00-1:00pm on Sundays and can be combined with groups from the Trauma Track as appropriate.

Trauma Track
Insight's Trauma track was created to address the needs of individuals who have experienced difficult life experiences that have negatively affected overall health, well-being, or functioning. We believe that through a variety of therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy, individuals can work through painful past events and find healthier alternatives to dealing with intense feelings.
Insight's Trauma track consists of several options for group psychotherapy, including a self-harm group, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness and safety planning, and process group. The groups run Monday and Friday from 1:30-4:30pm and Wednesdays from 5:30-8:30pm and can be combined with groups from the Mood and Anxiety Track.
