Intensive Outpatient Program

Insight's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is for individuals requiring more intensive treatment services than individual appointments alone can provide. The IOP level of care includes a minimum of two days a week of group therapy for three hours each day. A variety of groups are offered, including process, skills, experiential, medical, nutrition, and meal groups. We offer day, evening, and weekend groups in order to create a schedule that best accommodates your other priorities.

Currently our IOP is offered Monday - Saturday. Our clinicians will recommend specific groups that might best fit your treatment needs.
